Polyart® adapts well
to most printing processes and is used by commercial printers for
a wide variety of applications including maps, book covers, recipe
cards, game boards, technical manuals, POPs and many different types
of tags and labels. It resists tearing, water, grease and certain
chemicals. Polyart is environmentally friendly and is recyclable
as an HDPE.
Convert-all, Inc. offers
the following grades of Polyart® in custom slit rolls, master
rolls, cut sheets and folio size sheets:
• Clay coated one side (C1S)
• Clay coated two sides (C2S)
• Specialty top coated
• Permanent PSA coated (PPA)
• Removable PSA coated (RPA)
• Laminated to other substrates
Clay coated grades feature
a smooth matte-white finish and can be printed offset, screen, flexo
and letterpress. Under most conditions, thermal transfer, ion deposition,
dot matrix and industrial inkjet printing systems provide good results.
Polyart® is not recommended for heatfusion type laser printers
& copiers.
